Pemberdayaan Sosial Terhadap Komunitas Adat Terpencil Di Kabupaten Merangin Tahun 2021 (Studi Kasus Pemberdayaan Di Permukiman Sad Desa Sungai Ulak Kecamatan Nalo Tantan)

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pemberdayaan Sosial Terhadap Komunitas Adat Terpencil di Kabupaten Merangin Tahun 2021 di Desa Sungai Ulak Kecamatan Nalo Tantan, serta untuk mengetahui kendala Pemberdayaan Sosial Terhadap Komunitas Adat Terpencil di Kabupaten Merangin Tahun 2021 di Desa Sungai Ulak Kecamatan Nalo Tantan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat dengan studi deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat dengan studi deskriptif. Teknik pemilihan informan yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling (teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pemberdayaan KAT diatur dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 39 Tahun 2012 tentang penyelenggaraan kesejahteraan Sosial yang tertera dalam pasal 23 ayat (1). Secara khusus diatrur dalam Peraturan Presiden Nomor 186 tahun 2014 tentang Pemberdayaan Sosial terhadap Komunitas Adat Terpencil. Pemberdayaan Sosial Terhadap Komunitas Adat Terpencil di Kabupaten Merangin Tahun 2021 di Desa Sungai Ulak Kecamatan Nalo Tantan diantaranya permukiman, data kependudukan, pendidikan, kesehatan, dan agama. Kendala Pemberdayaan Sosial Terhadap Komunitas Adat Terpencil di Kabupaten Merangin Tahun 2021 di Desa Sungai Ulak Kecamatan Nalo Tantan diantaranya ketersedian anggaran yang sangat terbatas, serta budaya SAD yang susah untuk perubahan.
