Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis Kepala Desa Terhadap Masyarakat

Abstract


Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Desa yang mengarah ke Gaya Kepemimpinan otoriter dan  nepotisme Sehingga membuat komunikasi yang kurang baik denga Masyarakat Desa Bangko Pintas. Dan dengan latar belakang tersebut Penelitian Memberi berjudul Skripsi yaitu, PERSEPSI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP KEPEMIMPINAN DEMOKRATIS. Gaya kepemimpinan yang selama ini diteorikan lebih mengarah bagaimana para pemimpin mampu mempengaruhi para pengikut agar depan sukarela mau melakukan berbagai tindakan bersama yang di perintahkan oleh pemimpin oleh pemimpin tanpa merasa bahwa dirinya di tekan dalam rangka mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunaakan metodologi yaitu Kwalitatif dan kwantitatif. Dalam penelitin kwalitatif yang menjadi sumber data disebut informen, sedangkan pada kwantitatif disebut populasi dan sampel. Dalam penelitian kwantitatif juga menggunakan Hipotesa, yaitu kesimpulan sementara..dan lokasi penelitian ini di Bangko Pintas Kec, Muara Tabir Kabupaten Tebo. Gaya kepemimpinan adalah cara yang digunakan memimpin dan memengaruhi para pengikutnya. Gaya kepemimpinan merupakan suatu pola perilaku seorang pemimpin yang khas pada saat memengaruhi anak buah . Dengan kata lain, cara pemimpin bertindak dalam memengaruhi anggota kelompok membentuk gaya kepemimpinan. Istilah demokrasi berasal dari dua asal kata bahasa Yunani, yaitu “demos” dan “kratos” atau “kratein”. Menurut artinya secara harfiah yang dimaksud dengan demokrasi, yaitu “demos” yang berarti rakyat dan “kratos” yang berarti pemerintahan, sehingga kata demokrasi berarti suatu pemerintahan yang dijalankan oleh rakyat. Demokrasi menyiratkan arti kekuasaan itu pada hakikatnya yang berasal dari rakyat, oleh rakyat, dan untuk rakyat. Sekalipun sejelas itu arti istilah demokrasi menurut bunyi kata-kata asalnya, akan tetapi dalam praktek demokrasi itu dipahami dan dijalankan secara berbeda-beda, bahkan perkembangannya sangat tidak terkontrol.
