Penyelesaian Konflik Antar Keluarga Kandidat Kepala Desa Pasca Pemilihan Kepala Desa Tunggul Bulin Kecamatan Tabir Ilir Kabupaten Merangin Dalam Pendekatan Budaya Tahun 2020

Abstract


Desa berhak untuk menyelenggrakan pesta demokrasi untuk pemilihan Kepala Desa yang sering disingkat dengan Pilkades. didalam pelaksanaan pilkades tidak jarang menuai kericuhan, konflik, bahkan disintegrasi dalam suatu kelompok masyarakat, Sedangkan sengketa atau konflik pada hakekatnya adalah segala sesuatu interaksi pertentangan antara dua belah pihak atau lebih di dalam suatu kelompok masyarakat, Seperti halnya yang terjadi di Desa Tunggul Bulin Kecamatan tabir ilir kabupaten Merangin pasca pelaksanaan Pilkades , timbulya konflik antar keluarga kanidat pasca pemilihan kepala desa disebabkan adanya pelaporan yang dilakukan oleh salah satu kandidat yang kalah terhadap kepala desa terpilih kepada pihak kepolisian bahwa kepala desa terpilih diduga menggunkan ijazah palsu dalam pencalonnan kepala desa sehingga menimbulkan konflik antar keluarga kanidat, perlu adanya penyelesaian dengan Kearifan lokal dan pendekatan sosial budaya, pada umumnya  masyarakat Tunggul Bulin menjunjung tinggi nilai kearifan local dalam penyelesaian masalah dengan menjaga keharmonisan dan keamanan dalam segala aspek kehidupan, Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifatdengan studi deskriptif, Tekni penentuan informan yang digunakan  oleh peneliti dalam penelitian adalah dengan mengunakan metode purposive sampling (teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu)Hasil penelitian menujukan Bahwa Pendekatan budaya dalam penyelesaian konflik antar keluarga kanidat pasca pemilihan Kepala Desa Tunggul Bulin Kecamatan Tabir Ilir Kabupaten Merangin Tahun 2020 melalui (1) Melibatkan Toko adat sebagai kontrol sosial,(2) Pendekatan Melalui Hukum Adat. Upaya yang dilakukan dalam penyelesaian Konflik antar keluarga Kanidat pasca pemilihan Kepala Desa Tunggul Bulin Kecamatan Tabir Ilir Kabupaten Merangin Tahun 2020 yaitu. (1) Terus melakukan Mediasi untuk penyelesaian Konflik. (2) Melalui musyawarah, (3) Melalui Kompromi (4) Pemberian sanksi dan hukum Adat (5) Surat perjanjian Damai.
