Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kecamatan Tempurejo Kabupaten Jember

Abstract


Kepemimpinan adalah hal yang efektif dan kuat yang tidak hanya memberikan manfaat bagi yang dipimpinnya, tetapi juga sangat bermanfaat bagi individu yang menerapkannya. yang menerapkannya. Motivasi adalah proses psikologis yang berarti meminta pengarahan, arah dan menetapkan suatu tindakan sukarela yang selalu mengarah pada suatu tujuan tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, mengetahui apakah motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara parsial kinerja, menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja. Secara simultan, gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Tempurejo Kabupaten Jember.
